5. Shipping & Returns

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during peak seasons, processing may take longer. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Plant Guarantee

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to name upon arrival. If your plant arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we can only accept returns of plants if they arrive damaged or dead. Non-plant items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.

6. User Conduct

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
